Aladdin’s carpet: is a game where the team members step on a carpet and try to reach the destination without stepping out of the carpet. The team members learn to effective planning and execution through the activity.
Pyramid of success: is an activity which we have successfully delivered to our clients. There is a pyramid with numbers in it and the participants have to step on the numbers one after the other. The objective of the activity is that the player has to obtain the destination number by adding the numbers he has stepped on it. The message conveyed in the activity is that planning backward is much more effective than planning forward.
These team-building activities are preferred to be conducted outside the organization in an environment filled with fun and enjoyment. Offsite team-building programs are gaining popularity these days. Employees are taken to places away from the organization for a few days and with the help of external facilitators, team-building activities are conducted.
