Team Spirit
Building the team spirit isn't an easy task, because a doubt can arise whether the spirit of team will be the same as it was during the team building activities. One can say that the challenges in real work environment are complex and hence it is difficult to keep the team spirit pepped up all the time. However, a recent study showed that when a team of executives belonging to cable and wire products were taken to South American jungle for an outbound team building program displayed the same team spirit at work which they had during their jungle themed team building program. The members of the team were so pepped up by the end of the program that they were able to relate to another the same way, work together as a team in real life work environment and stay focused on achieving the organization's goals. |
