Karen has served as president of a privately held semi-conductor manufacturing firm with preferred supplier status to Motorola Inc. Karen brings forth her passion for direct communication, coaching and emotional intelligence in her coaching engagements. Her level of excellence is evidenced by her recent tenure as Chief Learning Officer with International Coach Academy, out of Australia, and her work with Accenture´s Global Leadership team. Karen holds a master's degree in higher education from Ball State University and a bachelor's degree in interpersonal communication from Marquette University.
