| Jyoti Sapra´s desire to contribute significance to people´s aspirations and dreams motivated her to take up executive coaching as profession and it soon became a passion for her. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Jyoti has a psychology and economics background and she was the Head of Visa fraud investigation department with the American Embassy in Delhi. Interacting with thousands of the people from various walks of life, understanding their dreams, aspirations, desperations and frustrations was part of her job. To what extent people are ready to sacrifice just to achieve one goal of reaching the USA made her think about human aspirations and values. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Goals define a person´s life. "What you are; is God′s gift to you and what you make of yourself is your gift to the God. I will try and do as much as I can to coach people for success, help them channelize their positive thoughts and energies to achieve their goals". | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Jyoti helped her husband come out of his comfort zone as India head of an MNC IT company and achieve his long term aspiration of starting his own international management consulting venture. She is also a director on the board of the company and plays the role of a "Gardner" to the young professionals associated with company and its ecosystem. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| She brings a sense of calm, compassion, empathy and unwavering commitment to ethics and fundamentals with her approach to coaching. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
